About Casey

Casey is quite possibly the happiest dog you will ever have the pleasure of knowing. His tail wag and signature bum wiggle are in a constant state of motion, and his joy for life is absolutely contagious. Don't let his senior status fool you either — this boy keeps up with the best of them and has no intention of slowing down anytime soon.

Casey came to us when his family could no longer manage his ongoing medical needs, but he has carried himself through it all with the kind of cheerful spirit that makes everyone around him smile. He is currently being treated for an ear infection and will be having a dental surgery in the coming weeks.

When it comes to the good things in life, Casey has his priorities sorted. A walk where he can sniff absolutely everything, a trick performed in exchange for a well-earned treat, and a beloved stuffed toy to carry around with pride — these are the things that make his day complete. In our care he has been nothing short of a loving and gentle boy in every way.

Due to a possible history of nipping around children, Casey will do best in a home with teens or adults only, where he can feel relaxed and confident in his surroundings.

Casey has so much love to give and a whole lot of wiggling left to do. He just needs the right home to do it in.
