Versace is a sweet girl who has already endured more hardship than any dog ever should. She was surrendered after a life of severe neglect and arrived in our care extremely emaciated, having been starved and deprived of the basic love and care every dog deserves.

Since coming to us, Versace has been under extensive veterinary care. She has shown neurological symptoms and has been evaluated by both a cardiologist and a neurologist, including advanced imaging. She was diagnosed with a heart murmur, and most recently, an MRI revealed heartbreaking news: Versace has a brain tumor, most likely a peripheral nerve sheath tumor.

While we do not know how much time Versace has left, we do know this—she deserves comfort, peace, and unconditional love for the rest of her days.

Versace is now looking for a palliative foster home: a safe, calm place where she can finally experience what it means to be cherished. She needs someone willing to give her gentle care, patience, warmth, and all the TLC she was denied for so long. Medical care and guidance will be provided; what we are searching for is a compassionate heart and a soft place for her to land.

We are fighting for Versace’s perfect forever, because nobody ever fought for her before. Even if her time is limited, her life still matters deeply—and the love she has to give is immeasurable.
