Rescue Partnerships

Dog Tales Rescue and Sanctuary accepts local surrenders, as well as dogs from around the world.

For rescues or shelters who would like us to accept their dogs

Please email info@dogtales.ca with as much information as possible, including: the number of dogs you would like to send, medical information, behavioural information, pictures, etc. Please also include the date you would like to send the dogs. Please also provide information about your shelter/rescue (government or privately run, volunteers or staff, number of dogs, etc.)

Acceptance will be based on space.

The rescue or shelter would be required to arrange and pay for any transportation needed, including from the airport to Dog Tales.

NOTE: If the information provided is not accurate, and the dog has severe behavioural challenges, we will send the dog back to the rescue. This also applies to rescues overseas
